Hooters

Dexter and I went to have a fancy dinner on Friday evening.
Yes, it's TGIFriday, and we did not make a reservation.
Every good looking restaurant was booked up. :(

Therefore, we went to Hooters, which is not bad, but not very awesome.
We ordered roast oyster. It was served in a big bucket, in the shell.

Dexter found it very difficult to open the shell, but in a little while, he became an expert. He found another talent. ;)

Lunch box

I make lunch for Dexter almost everyday except for his court days.

Usually, I put mixed rice with beans in one container, and a dish or two of meat and/or vegetables using other containers.

Any good recipes you want to share with me are always welcome! (I cannot really think of much more than what I am more familiar with. I'd love to try more varieties!)

Gene Siskel Theatre -- Movie 2

Sejin and I also went to the Swedish movie, "Daybreak." This movie was a little more dark than the previous movie we had seen. It featured a number of relationships that were on the verge of being destroyed, rebuilt, or reborn. Pretty good, but I think I enjoyed the other movie more.

Gene Siskel Theatre -- Movie 1

Sejin and I went to the Danish movie "Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue" recently. It was a nice little flick. It had moments of humor, sadness, and excitement. It was pretty good.

By the way, it seems Danish people like to say the following words repeatedly: "Ya", "Hi", and "Okay."

Bread

Dexter made three loaves of bread using dad's recipe. They were slightly overcooked because our oven usually gets hotter than other ovens. But they taste good!

Dexter

Dexter loves to study on the floor instead of the desk. I don't know why.
He likes it especially to have a comfortable baloon chair under his chest.
I tried it once but I didn't feel very comfortable. He sometimes has really strange taste.

Martin's Birthday

A cast of characters, including Martin, Sejin, David, and I, recently celebrated Martin's birthday.

We went to a Mexican-style restaurant. We had nice food, and some good beer. (Martin, of course, had white wine.) It was an enjoyable time.

Super Spicy Spaghetti

Dexter made super spicy spaghetti for dinner. I enjoyed it.

We went to have Chicago deep-dish pizza near our apartment.

Dexter was so happy about the black hat he got from a law firm.

Peapod

See how much stuff we ordered from Peapod(an online grocery store).
We ordered 50 bottles of S. Pellegrino, 30 bottles of Perrier, 8 30-packs of beer, 2 gallons of orange juice, 1 gallon of milk, 2 yogurts and so on.

I think we don't need to go shopping any more. :)
